About Us

Sydney’s big taste heavy hitter that’s fresher

We are Sydney’s newest big hitter of charcoal chicken shops. Karl’s Charcoal Chicken in Marrickvile is where you can taste the quality.

We combine fast-casual dining with a fresh twist. And we mean fresh! All our meals are prepared right in front of your eyes, so you know you’re getting the good stuff.

We combine charcoal flavours of Middle-eastern style-chicken into the biggest meals, packed with flavour and colour. It just tastes and smells so good!

Welcome all lovers of the perfect bbq with pickles, dips and salads slathered in garlic sauce. You’ll find your home away from home right here.
